West's Gaza plan: Peace or more support for Israel?

West's Gaza plan: Peace or more support for Israel?

TEHRAN, Oct. 01 (MNA) – Recent initiatives by Western leaders, framed as steps toward peace in Gaza, center on disarming Hamas and easing pressure on Israel, a move that seems to be less about ending the war and more about securing Israel's position.

Evidence shows that the main goal of the political plans of the countries supporting the Zionist regime in recent weeks is to disarm Hamas and remove the main axis of the fight against Israel from the scene of Resistance.

For example, the plan of France to form an independent Palestinian state, which it believes is a step towards peace, includes the disarmament and the isolation of Hamas. Macron emphasized in an interview with the media earlier this September that this action is the only way to isolate Hamas. Because the only way to eradicate Hamas is to create a legitimate authority. This is exactly what we are doing. There is no other initiative that isolates Hamas as much as the two-state solution.

Macron's statements clearly show that the plan to form two states in the occupied territories is a propaganda cover to save the Zionist regime from the current impasse on the path to disarming Hamas.

On Monday, in a press conference after meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, US President Donald Trump presented his proposed peace plan in a completely propaganda and dramatic move, calling it "eternal peace".

The main points of this plan are the implementation of a ceasefire, the release of all prisoners, the disarmament of Hamas, and the gradual withdrawal of Israel from Gaza.

This plan seeks to meet the demands of the Zionist regime, namely the release of prisoners and the disarmament of Hamas, and it states the issue of Israel's withdrawal from Gaza after these stages and in a gradual manner. In this plan, the concessions that benefit Israel are received in "cash" and Hamas' demands are paid in "credit". At the same time, there is no guarantee that Israel will carry out the same gradual withdrawal after the release of prisoners and the disarmament of Hamas.

Trump has also threatened that if Hamas does not accept this plan, Israel will enjoy full US support; as if this regime has not been supported by the US so far?!

On the other hand, the release of prisoners and the disarmament of Hamas have been welcomed by Israel, and the regime has promised not to attack Qatar again in return for Trump's initiative!

It is quite clear that Trump's propaganda plan is aimed at reducing domestic and foreign pressure on the United States and in order to fully support Israel's genocide, being incapable of implementation. Naturally, Hamas considers this plan a formula for continuing aggression against the Palestinian people and by rejecting it, will not release its prisoners and disarm.

The final word is that the consistent movement of the United States and the West in recent months to disarm members of the resistance axis, including Hezbollah, Hamas, the Popular Mobilization Forces, and... will not be successful. Public opinion in the world has come to believe that the United States, Britain, France, and Germany, as partners in the Zionist regime's war crimes and genocide, have not only not sought to end the war, but have also continuously encouraged Israel to continue the genocide with financial and weapons support.

At this point, some Arab countries that due to their opposition to Hamas have shown a positive approach to the Trump plan, should know that disarming the resistance axis, especially Hamas and Hezbollah, will pave the way for the implementation of the "Greater Israel" plan, and supporters of the Trump peace plan will certainly suffer irreparable damage. Today, it is necessary for all Muslim and Arab countries to line up in unity against Israel and respond negatively to compromise and unworkable plans.
