The Hebrew-language news site Walla reported, citing an Israeli military source, that Israel intends to intensify its strikes on the Gaza Strip in the coming days and has no plans to scale back its operations.
The development comes as US President Donald Trump recently presented a 20-point proposal aimed at ending the war in Gaza during a joint meeting with the Israeli regime's prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu.
As expected, the plan largely aligns with Israeli positions, emphasizing the disarmament of Palestinian Resistance groups.
Netanyahu himself acknowledged that Trump’s proposal favors Israel. Speaking at a cabinet meeting, he said the understandings reached with Washington, including a mechanism for disarming Palestinian Resistance and excluding the Palestinian Authority from administering Gaza, were beneficial to Tel Aviv.
