Europeans have no independent role in dealing with Iran

TEHRAN, Sep. 30 (MNA) – Russia's permanent representative to the Vienna-based International Organizations says that France, Germany and the United Kingdom have had no independent role to play in dealing with Iran as they are the US followers.

In a post on his X account on Tuesday, Mikhail Ulyanov wrote, “It is interesting that #France, #Germany and the #UK openly say that their task is to facilitate a nuclear deal between #Iran and the #US.”

It sounds like a recognition that Europeans have no independent role to play, he added.

Europeans have no independent role in dealing with Iran

The European Union Presidency on Monday announced in a statement that it has reimposed sanctions against Iran following the anti-Iranian action of the United Nations carried out under pressure and influence from the United States and the European Troika, an action that, according to many officials from some countries and experts, has already failed.
