Iran's men's national futsal team have achieved a significant increase in its world ranking, moving up two positions to the fourth rank with a total of 1,469 points, according to the latest Futsal World Ranking release.
Brazil, Portugal, and Spain continue to hold the top three positions in the world futsal rankings, while Argentina stands in fifth place after Iran.
It's worth mentioning that the Iranian national men's futsal team recently emerged as the winner of the AFC Futsal Asian Cup in Bangkok, Thailand.
Also, Iran’s women’s futsal team are eighth in the first FIFA Futsal World Ranking above Japan and Italy.
Brazil sit at the top, followed by Spain, Portugal, Argentina, Colombia, Thailand, and Russia.
