Earlier, a ceremony was held to commemorate National Teachers Day with the participation of a group of teachers, professors, and students of Farhangian University and with President Raeisi in attendance in Tehran on Sunday.
Iran celebrates Teachers’ Day which marks the day in memory of Ayatollah Morteza Motahari who was assassinated on May 1, 1979.
