Ahmed Al-Ali to officiate Iran-Qatar match in 2023 Asian Cup

Iran and Qatar will compete at the Al Thumama Stadium in Doha, Qatar, on Wednesday in the 2023 AFC Asian Cup semifinals.

The National Iranian football team, aka Team Melli, defeated Japan 2-1 to advance to the tournament's semifinals.

Previously, Iran beat Syria in the penalty shootout in the knockout stage.
