Envoy lauds Iran-Kuwait relations

TEHRAN, Nov. 26 (MNA) – The Iranian ambassador to Kuwait has stated that the relations between Iran and Kuwait have improved under the current Iranian government.

Mohammad Toutounchi made the remarks in a meeting with Ahmed Abdulaziz al-Sadoun the speaker of the Kuwaiti National Assembly.

Appreciating the stances of the government, nation, and parliament of Kuwait toward the Palestinian nation, he said that Iran's parliament is ready for any cooperation in supporting the Islamic resistance of the people of Gaza.

Toutounchi emphasized the importance of the parliamentary friendship groups' mutual visits.

Meanwhile, Al-Sadoun said his country always tries to develop parliamentary relations with all neighboring countries, especially Iran, and has had many constructive meetings.

The Al-Aqsa Storm operation changed the world's public opinion and revealed the criminal nature of the occupying regime even to the people of the Western world, he added.
