Yemeni forces seize Israeli ship in Red Sea

TEHRAN, Nov. 19 (MNA) – An Israeli ship named “Galaxy Leader” has reportedly been seized by Yemen’s Sana'a government army in the Red Sea.

The ship had 22 people on board, according to media reports.

Earlier on Sunday, Yahya Sarea, a spokesman for the Sana'a government's military, said that the Yemeni army would target all ships owned or operated by Israeli companies or carrying the Israeli flag.

Sarea called on all countries to withdraw their citizens working on the crews of any such ships.

The American news website Axios has confirmed the news, citing Israeli regime authorities.

This is great. Such moves can make Israelis think twice regarding the continuation of their crimes in Gaza. Yemen has so far taken great steps against Israel in solidarity with Palestinians.

Following Yemeni example, other Islamic countries must also do whatever they can to stop Israeli crimes. Economic sanctioning and severing political ties with Israel, at the least for a while, as Ayatollah Khamenei states, can be very effective.
