Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs Spokesman, Nasser Kanaani wrote on his X account on Wednesday that the Israeli regime's army has suffered such a blow as the result of the Palestinian's October 7 operation that it is trying to improvise achievements for itself through fabricating fake narratives.
The Israeli regime's fabricated claims about the Palestinian Resistance's activities and centers in hospitals and medical complexes are just an excuse for the continuation of the Zionists' crimes in Gaza and the killing of Palestinian kids and women.
The Israeli soldiers stormed into the emergency section of the hospital and broke the doors of the rooms of the sick and injured. They also exploded the walls and doors of the western part of the medical complex.
