According to the official website of Iranian Presidency, the panels will work in the fields of macroeconomics, banking-monetary economics, and economic and supportive planning.
The four panels will be headed by Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance Dr Dejpasand, Governor of the Central Bank of Iran Dr Hemmati, Head of Plan and Budget Organisation Dr Nobakht, and Minister of Cooperatives, Labour and Social Welfare Mr Shariatmadari.
The aim of formation of these panels is taking more advantage of professors, economic experts and their participation in government’s economic policy making.
