Iran's Parliament National Security and Foreign Policy Commission will hold an expert-level meeting with ambassadors of some foreign countries to explore bilateral relationship as well as develop regional and international tieson Sunday. The ambassadors are from Turkey, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Venezuela and Cuba, which hold very close relationship with the Islamic Republic of Iran.
In addition, an expert-level meeting will be held at the venue of Iranian Parliament late on Monday in the presence of ambassadors of Norway, Sweden, Spain, China, Japan, Russia, South Africa, the Netherlands, Austria, Germany and UK.
The Parliament will also host the envoys of Iraq, Pakistan and Afghanistan on Tuesday.
Spokesman for Iranian Parliament National Security Commission Naghavi Hosseini said the meetings are scheduled to study the status of ties between Islamic Republic of Iran and the aforementioned countries, develop parliamentary diplomacy and evaluate future of economic ties of Iran with them.
Members of the Commission in cooperation with two Legal, Judicial and Economic commissions of the Parliament will also review the issue of production security and domestic investment, especially in the field of ‘clothing’, as a main productive sector of economy.
