Iran decries Washington's use of propaganda to make statements

TEHRAN, Oct. 31 (MNA) – Iran’s Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani announced the adoption of new decisions on nuclear issues during the session between heads of three branches, and said the nature of Americans’ remarks is more propaganda than serious action.

Speaking to the reporters following the meeting between the heads of three branches, Ali Larijani said foreign ministry delivers quarterly reports on JCPOA and National Security Commission also presents a semiannual report, but considering the recent complications, the commission could present a quarterly report as well in order to offer a clear vision of US action.”

The parliament speaker pointed out that they thoroughly discussed different scenarios and approaches toward the actions of the negotiating partner, and stated “Iran’s path is tactful and accurate while the enemy seeks to create anxiety. It has been reported countless times in the media that Americans have imposed sanctions on us, but the nature of their remarks is more propaganda than serious action.”

The Iranian official urged the media to bear in mind that Iran’s enemies are after creating tension in areas of economic and investment.

Pointing to the decisions on the area of economics, the head of Legislature noted “we discussed economic opportunities. Currently, the circumstances for investments are favorable.”
