‘No chicken out for cowboy Trump’: Brig. Gen. Jazayeri

TEHRAN, Sep. 19 (MNA) – “We won’t chicken out for cowboy-like acts of Trump,” said Brig. Gen. Jazayeri, senior Iranian commander, on Wednesday in reaction to Trump‘s Tuesday address at UNGA.

“US president’s remarks recount how the weak and incapable government of the US has fallen in melancholy after keeping the dream of being the world’s superpower,” asserted Brigadier General Seyyed Massoud Jazayeri, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, on Wednesday.

He made the remarks in reaction to Donald Trump’s hostile rhetoric against Iran during the United Nations General Assembly address of US president on Tuesday.

“Quite contrary to what Trump holds that the US is enjoying a power of great leadership, all the evidence of the recent decades suggest the weakness of American government and establishment in confronting events and incidents especially in the western Asia,” reiterated the Iranian commander, “to name some we can refer to unprecedented crimes of American designers and military forces in Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, and Yemen.”

“To put it into other words, the US will violently confront any state which acts opposite to US will, without any patience and toleration, unless they did not have the power to,” noted the Iranian military official.

“It is a business of himself that Trump says he ‘cannot abide by’ the agreement, but he should know that such bragging will not affect the Islamic Republic of Iran to concede more, he underlined.

“The US president and those alike him will never be able to find a void in the will of this nation,” reassured the Iranian official, “and what Trump is unable to comprehend is that what makes up Iranian society’s deterrence power in the face of American greed and dictatorship is not something to leave the battlefield with some shouting and yelling or cowboy plays of this country’s president,” he maintained reassuring that the Iranian nation will not compromise over its possessions, defensive power, or missile program.

“For facing a country whose president overtly and blatantly shouts at the lectern of the UN that it would ‘totally destroy’ with its military power, no option is left but to strengthen the defensive infrastructures,” he said referring to Trump’s explicit threat voiced at UNGA against North Korea, “we have reached a level that the US is capable of nothing more than Maddening anger and delusions.
