A military source told SANA that an army unit killed a number of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists and destroyed a number of their positions that are fortified with machineguns and sniper rifles on al-Sad Road, to the south of Khazan al-Karak and to the east of al-Masri Roundabout and the Bakery alley in Daraa al-Balad.

Army units foiled an attack by ISIL terrorists from the direction of Futhat al-Mahsa, Thanyiat al-Mzaibleh and al-Qaryatain Dam on military posts in the area.
