According to the report from IME International Affairs and PR, 2,283 KT of different commodities were traded in domestic and export trading floors including 1,079 KT of various commodities worth more than 446 million USD on oil and petrochemical trading floor, 933 KT of different products worth approximately 420 million USD on metal and mineral trading floor, and approximately 266 KT of agricultural products worth 93 million USD on agricultural trading floor in the spot market.
Moreover, in September, the export trading floor witnessed trading of 214,038 MT of bitumen worth more than 50 million USD, 5,362 MT of insulation worth more than 2 million USD, 10 KT of sulfur worth more than 359 thousand USD, 220 KT of iron ore worth approximately 6.2 million USD, 1,000 MT of lube cut oil worth over 311,514 USD as well as 1,000 MT of VB feedstock worth more than 181 thousand USD.
In addition, IME experienced trading of 4,865 MT of products worth 2.5 million USD in its side market during the same month.
It is worth noting, the derivatives market played host to the trading of 106,883 gold coin futures contracts worth over 399 million USD.
