Army Chief of Staff felicitates Muslims on Eid al-Adha

TEHRAN, Sep. 12 (MNA) – Iran’s Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces in separate messages congratulated military officials of Muslim countries on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.

“I have the honor to felicitate, on behalf of myself and the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Eid al-Adha, the great Muslim celebration of flourishing of faith and divine nature, to the military officials of Islamic countries in the world,” Maj. Gen. Mohammad Bagheri said in his messages of felicitation.

He went on to add, “I hope that by adherence to the guiding verses of Holy Quran and in the light of unity and solidarity among the world’s Muslims, we will see the growing prosperity of Islamic nations, their victory against enemies of Islam, the complete liberation of Islamic territories from the occupying Zionists, the annihilation of Takfiri terrorists and their evil allies, and the restoration of peace and tranquility across the Islamic world.”

Bagheri further hoped for continuous prosperity and glory of the Islamic nations.
