Iran’s Mohammad Shahmiri was invited to officiate during the first week of World League in Russia where in 3rd group of the first level Russia will play Bulgaria, Poland, and Serbia in its Kaliningrad. Iran’s team of officiators will leave to Kaliningrad Monday night. Shahmiri reportedly will also officiate during Thailand Grand Prix to be hold July 6-10 and Rio Summer Olympics in Brazil by an invitation from FIVB Referee Commission (IRC).
Iran’s other referees, Masoud Yazdanpanah and Ebrahim Firouzi will also officiate in World League and Grand Prix matches. Yazdanpanah will officiate in Kazakhstan’s Almaty Grand Prix games. He will also be officiator of third level of World League in Group F matches to be held in Kazakhstan, June 24-26. Ebrahim Firouzi will officiate matches of Group I in the first level of World League in Tehran, July 1-3, and Group F matches of third level of the League in Tunisia, June 24-26.
