The film ‘Turkman’ will go on screen at the Academy Arts in Tehran. Other cultural programs include an exhibition of Turkmenistan’s handicrafts and a stunning collection from its museum, as well as a music concert.
The ceremony will start at 5 PM local time next Tuesday by bringing to stage a concert performed by Turkmenistan’s musicians at Vahdat Hall.
‘Desert Bride’ and ‘Horse Coach’, film productions of Turkmenistan’s cinema, will be screened during the cultural event for the interested visitors.
The Days of Culture of Iran, organized by the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan jointly with the Cultural Center of the IRI Embassy, also took place in February in the capital of Turkmenistan. The Iranian delegation was represented by heads of cultural establishments of the cities of Tehran and Tabriz, the province of North Khorasan, famous musicians, artists, and masters of folk crafts. Works of famous Iranian painters, photographers, calligraphers, miniaturists, engravers, carpet weavers, woodcarvers and stone were put on display. Films by Iranian filmmakers, folk groups, and joint concerts of children’s creative collectives were also showcased during the cultural event.
