Syrian army repels terrorists’ attack on military posts in Hama

HAMA, Apr. 18 (MNA) – A number of terrorists of the so called Jaish Al-Fateh were killed and their vehicles were destroyed at outskirts of Al-Ghab Plain in clashes with the army and armed forces units in the northwestern countryside of Hama province, a military source announced.

A unit of the army and armed forces had heavy clashes Monday with terrorist groups tried to attack military posts in the vicinity of Kherbet al-Naqous village, inflicting heavy losses in their ranks and weaponry as well as destroying a number of their vehicles some equipped with heavy machineguns, the source added.

Meanwhile, an army unit destroyed a heavily bombed armored vehicle driven by terrorist Abu Mos’ab Al-Jazrawi before reaching a military post in the vicinity of Kherbet al-Naqous village.

In another related news, a unit of the army and armed forces destroyed 4 vehicles for ISIL terrorist organization in Al-Jaffra village in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor province, a field source stated.

The source affirmed that the army unit inflicted losses in ISIL personnel and destroyed a tank, a BMB, a vehicle equipped with a 23 mm heavy-machinegun and a bulldozer.
