Syrian army, air force destroy ISIL positions in Deir Ezzor

DEIR EZZOR, Apr. 16 (MNA) – The Syrian Army Air Force destroyed on Saturday gatherings and vehicles for ISIL terrorists in Deir Ezzor province and its countryside.

A military source announced that Army air force launched air strikes against gatherings and vehicles for ISIL terrorist organization in Al-Tal Kroum close to Deir Ezzor military airport which resulted in destroying it.

Meanwhile, the air force inflicted losses in personnel and machinegun-equipped vehicles for ISIL terrorists in Al-Mure'ya village in the eastern countryside of the province.

In Deir Ezzor the city, the source affirmed that an army unit eliminated ISIL gatherings in Al-Reshdiya neighborhood, after one day of destroying a vehicle loaded with arms.

Accordingly the Syrian Air Force launched on Saturday more air strikes against positions of ISIL terrorist organization in Damascus countryside.

The air force destroyed positions and vehicles for ISIL terrorists at Tal Dakwa in the northeastern countryside of Damascus, a military source stated.

The source said that the air force at dawn intensified sorties on ISIL terrorists' gatherings in the strategic position of Tal Dakwa in the northeastern of Beir al-Qasab which is the center of launching attacks on the neighboring areas by ISIL terrorists.

According to the source the sorties inflicted heavy losses upon terrorists in personnel and equipment and destroyed vehicles equipped with heavy and medium machineguns.
