Champion wrestler attends Global Union’s Athletes’ Commission

TEHRAN, Oct. 13 (MNA) – The Athletes' Commission of the Global Union, headquartered in Switzerland, was held on Monday with the attendance of the Iranian Greco-Roman wrestler Hmaid Sourian.

Sourian, who holds six world gold medals and one Olympic gold medal, attended the meeting as a member of the commission.

Other wrestling champions who are members of the Global Union’s Athletes’ Commission include America’s Jacob Herbert, France’s Christopher Guinot as well Tamash Lorincz from Hungary.

The present members at the meeting shared their opinions and views on the current issues related to wrestling and wrestlers.
