Conference on water economy and management to be held soon

Tehran Water and Wastewater Co. referred to the support for the domestic producers, innovators and inventors whose works would be on display during the exhibition as the main objective of the fair, said a fax release by the Public Relations Dept. of the Co. on Friday.

According to the report, the most advanced technologies in the fields of saving, supply, treatment and distribution of water are to be showcased in the exhibition. Also, domestic manufacturers, researchers and innovators would be able to have face-to-face discussions with their foreign colleagues.

Moreover, during the course of the Second Conference on Demand Management and Optimum use of Water, experts in the field from Tehran, Melbourne and Madrid would exchange their views on the ways to overcome the water shortage problems in the aforementioned cities and the ways for making optimum use of their water supplies.

The Sixth Exhibition on New Technologies in Water Economy will be held from January 24-27, this year in Hejab Avenue, Tehran.
