The attacks originated from an Israeli military position in the Tel al-Nahas area near the occupied border village of Kfar Kila, Lebanon’s state-run National News Agency (NNA) reported.
The shelling was “intense and concentrated”, it said.
The attacks come despite a “ceasefire” signed by Israel and Lebanon’s government and ongoing diplomacy to end Israel’s occupation.
