In a post on his X network on Tuesday, Pezeshkian, while hailing the Iranian people’s enthusiasm to be part of the “Janfadaa for Iran” movement, said he was always ready to sacrifice his life for the sake of beloved nation.
More than 14.2 million brave Iranians have announced their readiness to sacrifice their lives for defending Iran so far, the President noted in his post in Persian, adding that he is and will always be ready to sacrifice himself for Iran.
Simultaneously with the American-Zionist threats to invade Iranian coasts, islands, and border areas, Janfadaa.ir portal was launched for the citizens to voluntarily express their desire to counter enemies.
In a short period, the movement has become a symbol of unity, national pride, and compassion among Iranians, with the participation of diverse segments of the population showcasing their love for Iran, commitment to national values, and deep-rooted patriotism.
The number of volunteers, including top military and government officials declaring their readiness to defend the country’s soil climbed to 14.2 million people before 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday local time.
