Cost of US aggression against Iran surpasses $42 billion

TEHRAN, Apr. 06 (MNA) – The cost of the US military aggression against Iran has surpassed $42 billion over the past 37 days, according to media reports citing a specialized tracking website.

According to the Iran War Cost Tracker, the expenses have exceeded $42 billion since the start of the military campaign.

The report stated that the figures are based on Pentagon statements and reports to the US Congress compiled as of March 10, which indicated that the first six days of the operation alone cost more than $11 billion.

Following that, the Pentagon announced it was seeking to allocate $1 billion per day to the war effort.

So far, Iran has destroyed expensive US equipment in the region, including a $500 million aircraft and the country's advanced radar systems.
