Tehran’s Female Runners to Race on Olympic Day

TEHRAN, June 21 (Mehr News Agency) – Women runners of Tehran Province will compete here on Tuesday, June 24 -- the World Olympic Day.

According to Tehran Department for Women’s Sports, the female competitors race around the manmade Azadi Lake, Azadi Sports Complex, 10km west of Tehran, commemorating the Olympic Day.

The symbolic competition starts at 08:30 A.M. on June 24, added the department.
