In a statement on Saturday, the Iraqi Islamic Resistance group said that it attacked the American base in the Koniko gas field in Syria with a rocket.
"In its statement, the Iaqi Islamic Resistance emphasized that in continuation of the Resistance against the American invaders and the response to the crimes committed by the Zionist regime, the American base in Koniko field has been targeted by a rocket attack," the Iraqi Islamic Resistance group's statement read.
