In the third stage, Iran’s men’s wheelchair basketball team will face Japan on Monday.
Previously in the tournament, Iran emerged victorious against South Korea 67-48.
The competition serves as a qualification for the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games and the winner will qualify for the Paralympics.
The 2024 International Wheelchair Basketball Federation (IWBF) AOZ Championships in men’s and women’s divisions are being held in Bangkok, Thailand from January 12 to 20.
