Zionists prevent Iran humanitarian aid from arriving in Gaza

TEHRAN, Nov. 13 (MNA) – While Palestinians are in dire need of medical equipment, the Zionist regime has prevented Iran's humanitarian aid from reaching Gaza through Egypt.

The Zionist regime has not allowed Iran’s humanitarian aid to enter the Gaza Strip.

“Due to the opposition of the Zionist regime to enter Iranian humanitarian aid to Gaza through the Rafah crossing, Egypt has apologized for accepting this aid”.

The opposition of the Zionist regime to the arrival of humanitarian aid from Iran took place while this regime authorities allowed the “limited entry” of this aid to the Gaza Strip.

A number of hospitals and medical centers in the Gaza Strip have announced in the past days that they have run out of fuel reserves and the urgent need for medical supplies.

Last week, During a telephone conversation with the CEO of the Egyptian Red Crescent Rami Al-Nazer, head of Iran IRCS, Pirhossein Kolivand hailed Egypt's stances in condemning the Zionist regime's attacks.

Referring to the necessity of continuing the process of supporting the oppressed people of Gaza, Kolivand underlined that IRCS is ready to send humanitarian aid to Gaza through Egypt.

Gaza is in a difficult situation today and the people of the besieged enclave are being attacked brutally, he said, adding that such atrocities are not matching with any law.

In addition, the Zionist regime attacks aid workers and doctors in Gaza and violates the principles of international humanitarian law, he further noted.

Pointing to the fuel limitations in Gaza’s hospitals, Kolivand noted that IRCS is ready to send the necessary fuel to Gaza through Egypt so that energy problems in Gaza's hospitals could be solved and the wounded could be assisted.

The Israeli regime waged a bloody war on Gaza on October 7 after Hamas’s Operation Al-Aqsa Storm against the usurping entity.

Since the start of the aggression, the Tel Aviv regime has killed at least 11,100 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injured about 27,500 others.

It has also imposed a “complete siege” on the coastal sliver, cutting off fuel, electricity, food, and water to the more than two million Palestinians living there.
