Iran loses to Poland at Katowice quadrilateral Handball games

TEHRAN, Jan. 05 (MNA) – Iran lost to Poland 32-27 in a quadrilateral Handball tournament held in Katowice, Poland.

Polish handball players defeated Iran 32-27 in the first match of the New Year’s Tournament held in Katowice.

Iran will play Belgium on Thursday and Poland will face Morocco on Friday.

Belgium will play Morocco in Wednesday’s second game.

With a history of 18 world championship quotas and participation in five Olympic Games, Poland is one of Europe’s handball powers.
