4 civilians killed in bomb blast in Afghanistan

The incident occurred when a bomb blast beside a roadside bomb in Khogyani, in Nangarhar in the eastern part of the country.

As the governor’s spokesman Attaullah Khogyani said on Sunday, a car carrying civilians hit the roadside bomb.

So far, no individual or group has claimed responsibility for the incident.
