Iran, Iraq FMs hold phone talk

TEHRAN, Mar. 03 (MNA) – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and his Iraqi counterpart Mohammad Ali Al-Hakim discussed on phone issues of mutual interest, including the ways to fight the new coronavirus outbreak.

In a phone conversation late Monday, the top diplomats conferred on ways of expanding mutual cooperation and the regional developments, including the recent outbreak of the new coronavirus, which has claimed thousands of lives across the world.

Both ministers also stressed the need for keeping up efforts to solve problems to help establish stability in the region.
