No EU countries supposed to boycott Iran

TEHRAN, Nov. 12 (MNA) – European Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development Phil Hogan reiterating that no European country is supposed to impose sanctions on Iran, said the European Union intends to pursue the same style of leadership and cooperation that it has sought so far.

Speaking among reporters on Saturday, Phil Hogan said "we were in fact one of the signatories of the JCPOA, and the European Union has been fully active in this regard; the presence of the European Union's senior official at the US Congress last year was to defend Iran for its nuclear activities.”

Hogan added the two sides plan to expand cooperation in the agricultural field, as we have spoken with Minister of Agriculture Mahmoud Hojjati.

Iran and France signed a document of cooperation in the private sector, on the joint production of corn and sorghum seeds on Sunday, in the presence of Hogan and Hojjati.
