'Wishbone' reaches to final stage of TINFF

TEHRAN, Apr. 03 (MNA) – The Iranian film 'Wishbone', directed by Ali Atshani, found way to the final stage at Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival (TINFF).

10 films from around the world has reached the final stage for judgment at the Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival (TINFF), among them is Iran's Wishbone, which is the only representative from Asia accepted at the stage.

The cinematic work compares and contrasts the ups and downs experienced by a fired coach who met a girl with whom he had a relationship several years prior.

The critically acclaimed Iranian flick has already taken home numerous awards including the Best Cinematic Film at the 3rd edition of the London Independent Filmmakers Association Festival, Best Director Award at the WIND International Film Festival and has attended the 35th edition of the Fajr Film Festival Perspective section in Iran.

The cast includes famous Iranian actor, Hossein Yari, and actress, Mitra Hajjar.
