Iran’s embassy in Sana’a celebrates Islamic Revolution anniv.  

TEHRAN, Feb. 09 (MNA) – The embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Sana’a held a ceremony on Wednesday to celebrate the 38th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution of 1979.

A number of Yemeni officials including the members of Yemen’s Supreme Political Council, the foreign minister of the Yemeni National Salvation Government, and a host of Yemeni diplomats and political leaders were present at the ceremony commemorating the 38th anniversary of Iran’s Islamic Revolution of 1979. The event was held at the embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Sana’a on Wednesday.

Mohammad Farahid, the Chargé d'Affaires of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Sana’a addressed the guests attending the event and reaffirmed Iran’s solidarity with the people of Yemen against the foreign interventions and assaults.

The Yemeni politicians attending the event offered congratulations over the anniversary of the victory of the Iran’s Islamic Revolution of 1979 and underlined the depth of bilateral ties between Tehran and Sana’a. They also called for expansion of ties based on reciprocal respect and common interests.
