TEHRAN, Jul. 30 (MNA) – Iran’s TESC intends to provide knowledge-based firms active in pharmaceuticals industry with facilities to attend CPhI Worldwide 2016 in Barcelona.

In line with the policy to support companies active in medical areas and related industries, the Tech-Export Services Corridor (TESC) at the Iranian Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology plans to deploy trade-technical delegations to CPhI Worldwide exhibition as the world’s largest technical and commercial event in pharmaceuticals industry.

Given that participation at international trade delegations has always been backed by governments, Iran’s TESC, as the executive agent of Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology in development of exports of knowledge-based products, supports deployment of commercial and trade delegations to international events.

Sending of delegations and people pursues several goals including market development, monitoring similar technologies, training as well as acquiring experience in various arenas.

Tech-Export Services Corridor would undertake 50 percent of accommodation costs, 80 percent of airfares as well as the costs for a maximum of two members from each knowledge-based enterprise.

The deadline for registration of delegations is August 10 and a maximum of 20 representatives will be deployed to the Spanish exhibition.

The CPhI Worldwide 2016, the pharmaceutical ingredients event, will take place 4–6 October in Barcelona of Spain.

CPhI Worldwide, together with co-located events ICSE, InnoPack, P-MEC and FDF, hosts more than 36,000 visiting pharma professionals over three days. 2,500+ exhibitors from 150+ countries gather at the event to network and take advantage of more than 100 free industry seminars.
