Football players of Azad University team will depart for Kazakh capital of Almaty to take part in the second edition of Asian Futsal Championship among students on behalf of the National University Sports Federation of Iran.
The country’s outfit comprises Mohammad Zarei, Ali Ebrahimi, Majid Hajibandeh, Hamidreza Pourjavid, Danial Kivili, Saeid Momeni, Aref Boluki, Moslem Oladghobad, Alireza Rafeiipour, Mojtaba Hassannejad, Ali Mahmoudi, Bagher Mohammadi and Mehrdad Azami.
The tournament will be attended by eight teams from Iran, Tajikistan, China, Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan (2 teams) while the draw in ceremony will take place on Friday April 22.
The 2nd Asian University Futsal Championship will convene in Almaty, Kazakhstan from 21 – 28 April 2016 while the first edition of the event had been held in Tehran with Iran winning the title.
