Following its participation at the 39th Montreal World Film Festival (MWFF), the film will attend other film festivals in other cities including San Francisco, Chelsea and New York as well as several other countries namely India, the United States, the United Kingdom and Japan, Masumi said.
The story of the film is set in a village in northern Iran, where a 67-year-old landowner lives with his three wives. Meanwhile, he asks one of his workers to persuade her daughter to marry him.
The Iranian director also added that he is working on a new film about working and immigration which will conclude within the next five months.
