Golzari to hold 46th painting-calligraphy exhibition

TEHRAN, Sep. 09 (MNA) – Arash Golzari Hosseini’s painting-calligraphy exhibition under the title of Iran’s Folk Art will be held in Shiva Art Gallary, Tehran on September 16-22.

In his latest exhibition, Golzari Hosseini will showcase 15 works of art on the theme of expressing the artist’s feelings towards his surroundings. The artist has deemed the aim of this exhibition as making people more familiar with Iranian symbols in virtual arts. It is noteworthy that Arash Golzari Hosseini has so far held 45 painting exhibitions and this upcoming event marks his second calligraphy exhibition.

Golzari Hosseini has been an art pupil to his father maestros Mohammad Reza Golzari Hosseini and Rahim Navasi.

Important artistic figures will be attending the opening ceremony of this artist’s exhibition including painting-calligraphy maestros Ali Shirazi, Javad Bakhtiari, as well as Nasrollah Afjahi.

Golzari Hosseini had previously put on display one of his collections on the theme of wildlife in an exhibition at the Iranian National Commission for UNESCO which enjoyed a warm reception by various Iranian and foreign artists, diplomats and officials including prominent Iranian art masters including Hassan Nader-Ali, Rahim Navasi, and Nader Lanjani as well as several senior UN and Iranian officials and foreign ambassadors who were invited by the National Commission for UNESCO to attend the event.

Arash Golzari Hosseini holds a degree in science engineering and food industry. He began his art career in 2002 and has so far held 45 individual and group art exhibitions across the world.
