The historic and picturesque site Beshqardash in Bojnurd will be playing host to handicrafts created by 33 artisans from Iran, Tajikistan, Turkey, Afghanistan, Pakistan Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan.
Iraq and Georgia will also be attending the event as guest countries.
Jewelry, earthenware, batik, calligraphy on leather, and traditional costumes will be some of the items to go on display.
Iranian artisans Mohammad-Hadi Golriz, Ali Hajianpur, Mahpareh Akbari, Mohsen Kaveh and Najib Ahmadi are among the participating artists.
Several workshops and meetings are also arranged for the side section of the exhibit in which the artisans will get the chance to exchange experiences and views.
A variety of entertaining programs are also planned during the event which will be running until September 17.
