Russian troops have destroyed a battle group of Ukraine’s 225th separate assault regiment during an attempted counterattack near Alekseyevka in the Sumy Region, a source in Russia’s law enforcement agencies has told TASS.
"Near Alekseyevka, the enemy launched a counterattack using a special forces company from the 225th separate assault regiment, but it was unsuccessful. The enemy battle group was completely destroyed during a firefight," the source said.
