Momeni made the remarks in a meeting with a group of IRGC Ground Forces commanders on Monday morning.
IRGC Ground Force Commander Brigadier General Mohammad Pakpour was also in attendance.
Referring to the valuable activities of the IRGC in the military and construction fields, Momeni hailed the role of the IRGC's Ground Forces in establishing border security.
