Claim on Dimona targeted in Iran's op psychological war

TEHRAN, Apr. 18 (MNA) – General Ramezan Sharif, the spokesman for the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) rejected the Israeli Maariv's news about "Dimona" reactor being one of Iran's targets in its retaliatory strike as psychological warfare.

Brigadier General Ramzan Sharif dismissed news from a Zionist regime's media that a building of the Dimona power plant was damaged in Iran's punitive attack against the Zionist regime as false and called it a malicious act in line with the enemy's psychological warfare operations.

The Dimona power plant was not among the targets of the recent punitive action of the Islamic Republic of Iran against the Zionist regime, and releasing news about that is a big lie and a malicious act in line with the enemy's psychological warfare operation to deflect public attention.

Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) launched extensive missile and drone strikes late last Saturday night on the occupied territories, marking the first time the Islamic Republic employed such weapons against real targets.

The series of retaliatory strikes, dubbed Operation True Promise, inflicted damage on Israeli military bases in the occupied territories.
