Elsewhere in his remarks, the Iranian president described the crimes committed by the Zionist regime in Gaza as clear examples of war crimes and crimes against humanity, clarifying that, "Stopping the attacks on Gaza, prosecuting the Zionist regime and realizing the rights of the Palestinian people is the only way to restore stability and security to the region. It is important for India to play a role in ending the bombings, lifting the blockade of this enclave, and realizing the rights of the Palestinian people."

The Indian Foreign Minister, for his part, expressed his condolences and sympathies with the government and people of Iran over the recent terrorist attack in Kerman, and appreciated Raeisi for his efforts to develop relations with countries in the region and to create a significant change in relations with India.
