Israeli forces stormed and bulldozed parts of Kamal Adwan Hospital in North Gaza on Saturday, burying alive and killing dozens of patients and injured displaced Palestinians, according to a video uploaded by Al-Jazeera.
"After the killing of hundreds of Palestinians and the action of the Zionists in preventing their bodies from being taken out, the area of the Shifa Hospital in Gaza was turned into a mass grave," the Iranian foreign ministry spokesman said in a post on his X account.
"The images released after the retreat of the Zionist Israeli regime's army from Kamal Adwan Hospital show that some patients and injured were buried alive by bulldozers at the hospital grounds," Kan'ani added, calling on the International community to conduct a probe into the issue.
