Iran’s Samami snatches Asian discus gold

TEHRAN, July 17 (MNA) – Mohammad Samimi handed Iran the Asian juniors' discus gold medal after he stood top in the field event in Macao Monday.

The Iranian thrower registered a 61.52m record.

Iran snatched three golds in the previous edition’s discus, hammers, and shot put events.
