"Had not been for the US actions, the Iranians would have not taken the 4th nuclear step" Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said during a press conference in Moscow on Friday.
She also said that without Iran's participation, it is impossible to establish a stable security structure in the Middle East and stabilize the situation in Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan.
