TEHRAN, Dec. 05 (MNA) – Iranian short animated piece 'Watch Me!', directed by Reza Mehranfar, has made it into the screening program of 16th Oxford International Film Festival in the United States.

Following his acceptance at the 3rd International Film Festival on Disability in France, ‘Watch Me!’ has now made it into the competition section of the 16th edition of Oxford International Film Festival in Ohio, the United States.

The short animated piece is about a little boy who lives in fear and anxiety, which has no meaning to others around him and thus, is always ignored. According to the director, Reza Mehranfar, the animation is a wake-up call to parents that their children look at the world through different lens, but the adults do not share their viewpoint and neglect them.

The 16th Oxford International Film Festival is scheduled for February 6-10, 2019 in Ohio, United States.
