Twenty-four Iranian and three foreign figures were honored at the gathering.

8- Abbas Shafiei (vaccinology)
9- Mahmud Javadipur (painting)
10- Shahrbanu Oryan (physiology of endocrine glands)
11- Esmaeil Hakemibala (literature)
12- Parviz Kordavani (geography)
13- Ali-Akbar Farhangi (management)
14- Hushang Moradi Kermani (children’s story writing)
15- Faramarz Payvar (music)
16- Parviz Bahram (dubbing)
17- Seyed Mehdi Golabi (chemistry)
18- Seyed Mohsen Jazireii (agriculture)
19- Mohammad-Qoli Nadalian (veterinary medicine)
20- Ahmad Shimi (microbiology)

The three foreign figures also honored at the ceremony were Chinese researcher and Orientalist Ye Yi-liang in Persian literature, Russian Ivan Mikhailovich Kaminski in Iranology, and Tajik Mohammadjan Shakuri Bokharaii in Persian literature.
In addition, five stamps, bearing the portraits of Abbas Shafiei, Allameh Hassan Hassanzadeh Amoli, Mohammad-Hassan Ganji, and Mohammadreza Hakimi were unveiled at the ceremony.
