Your Excellency Mr Fuad Masum,
The Honourable President of Iraq,
I congratulate your Excellency and the people of Iraq on the liberation of Mosul and the final steps of clearing the historical city.
Positive, security-building developments in Iraq and victory in relentless fight against terrorism and extremism is the fruit of non-stop attempts of the people and military forces, as well as the neighbouring country’s help in clearing the horror of ISIS and annihilation of their sponsors and resources.
It is obvious that with this strength and steadfastness in fighting terrorism, we will be able to bring back security and peace to the Middle East and free the oppressed Muslim people from the nightmare of war and slaughter.
I pray to the Almighty for your Excellency's health and success, and the people of Iraq's felicity and prosperity.
